Closely following health authority guidelines, we have implemented necessary safety measures to ensure our staff and patients’ health.

Our safety measures include rigorous cleaning schedules, health screening, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and physical distancing protocols.

We will only accept credits cards or debit for payment, no cash or cheques.

We ask patients to follow our new mandatory clinic guidelines: All patients must complete the Mandatory COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire prior to every appointment at the clinic. Patients are required to arrive on time for their appointment (not early or late) to reduce contact with others in the clinic. Please do not bring anyone with you unless you have mobility limitations that require assistance. Patients are required to wear a face mask in order to receive treatment. If you do not have a face mask, disposable masks are available for $1.00 at the front desk. Staff are required to wear a face mask in order to administer treatment and services to the public. Use of hand sanitizer is required upon entry to the clinic and after treatment. Waiting and reception desk areas are marked with social distancing signage. Areas that patients come into contact with will be sanitized by clinic staff (POS machine, treatment tables, etc.).

If you have symptoms of a cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or flu-like symptoms, please Stay Home – this is for your safety and others around you.

If you begin to feel unwell leading up to your appointment, we ask that you contact us immediately to reschedule.

Please be advised that appointments cancelled with 24 hours, and missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee covering the full treatment cost of the session.

After an unfortunate rear end collision whilst stationary, I had severe ongoing pain and swelling in all my back, neck and left shoulder.My initial consultation with Rozhan we discussed the incident and the areas of muscle damage and pain. She took her time in assessing where she could see issues. With previous road traffic collisions in my past and damage to my shoulder Rozhan noticed she adjusted the treatment to suit.After my first handful of sessions I noted the pain and muscle swelling had reduced significantly! Both the cupping and the acupuncture have different effects on the muscles and pain so I advise both if required.Rozhan has a great understanding of chinese medicine and the human anatomy, and this is obvious with the stress and pain relief I have felt since starting our sessions. By far the best Acupuncturist in town!!!My consultation with Rozhan was great as she had a clear undrestanding of my problems. Iv had acupunture at a few places before and I am so glad that I have finally found someone that knows what they're doing. I have been dealing with severe back pain and insomnia after having my baby and only after a few sessions of cupping and acupunture my pain has decreased drastically and I have been sleeping very well. I had such a wonderful experience at Acucure in North Vancouver. I had the best cupping and chinese massage treatment with Rozhan. After my treatment i was very calm and pain free. I had a lovely experience at acucure, prior to my visit I was slightly nervous but Rozhan was wonderful to walk me through everything and explain every sensation I would experience in advance so that there would be no surprises .
